The Best AI Apps to Use Every Day

Whether it’s generating impactful presentations, managing your emails, or centralizing your tools in one interface, there are now innovative solutions that can truly make a difference.

Here’s a selection of AI tools that stand out for their effectiveness, ease of use, and  « even better » are often free or very affordable.

Let’s dive into these must-have tools to boost your productivity!

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work daily:
Simplifying complex tasks and boosting our efficiency.

Plus AI for Google Slides – Generate Presentations

There are many slideshow generators out there, but I’ve found that Plus AI is much more effective at co-creating slides with you, rather than simply producing mediocre, half-useful results.

For instance, you can add “sticky notes” with suggestions to improve, edit, or finalize each slide. Another major advantage of Plus AI is the “snapshots” feature, which lets you embed external data (such as from dashboards or websites) directly into your presentations.

I work as an engineer in a chemical plant, and I regularly present performance (KPI) reports to various teams. The charts I use often come from different internal web apps. With Plus AI, I can generate a “skeleton” for my slideshow and then review each slide to ensure it’s using the right data. This presentation generator is completely free and available as a plugin for Google Slides and Docs.

Krater.ai – All Your AI Tools in One App

The perfect solution if you use multiple AI tools and hate juggling between a dozen browser tabs. Krater combines text, audio, and image generative tools into one web app, allowing you to maintain your workflow without interruption.

It offers plenty of templates for writing, so you don’t have to manually type prompts each time. I prefer Krater over Writesonic or Jasper for its simplicity. Plus, Krater gives you 10 free generations per month, while Jasper offers none — making it a better free option for an all-in-one AI content suite.

The text-to-speech feature is simple but fast and reliable, with multilingual transcription, and the image generator is perfect for photorealistic results.

HARPA AI – ChatGPT Integrated into Chrome

By far the best GPT add-on for Chrome I’ve used. HARPA gives you GPT answers directly next to your Google or Bing search results and even lets you chat with any webpage or summarize YouTube videos.

It’s also great for writing emails or replying to social media posts using its built-in templates. Currently, HARPA is completely free and available on the Chrome Web Store.

Taskade, All-in-One AI Tool for Notes and Organization

Taskade combines tasks, notes, mind maps, chat, and an AI assistant on one synchronized platform for your team. It greatly simplifies my daily operations by removing the need to switch between multiple apps.

You can also view your work from different perspectives — list, board, calendar, mind map, org chart — like a Swiss Army knife of productivity.

I especially love the AI Mind Map feature, which acts as an endless brainstorming partner. Taskade offers tons of functionality even in its free version — nothing to complain about.

Zapier + OpenAI – AI-Powered Automations

Here’s my productivity secret! This combines Zapier’s cross-platform integrations with generative AI.

For example, I use it to turn Slack messages into Notion tasks — letting OpenAI write the task description based on the message content. Another example is automatically drafting replies to emails received via Gmail.

The possibilities are endless — and you can integrate any automation with GPT-3, DALL·E 2, or Whisper AI. Available as an app/plugin for Zapier and free for basic features.

SaneBox – AI-Powered Email Management

If, like me, you often lose important emails in a sea of spam, SaneBox is the perfect solution. It uses AI to sort your inbox and identify what’s truly important. Less urgent emails are moved to a “SaneLater” folder, which you can review whenever you like. Note that SaneBox doesn’t read your email content — it relies on headers, metadata, and your interaction history with senders. Another handy feature is Deep Clean, which frees up space by deleting old, unnecessary emails. SaneBox isn’t free, but it offers a two-week trial and affordable pricing based on the features you choose.

NinjaChat – The Combination of 5 AI Chatbots

If you’re tired of paying for multiple chatbots like ChatGPT or Perplexity, NinjaChat is a lifesaver. It combines all the major AI chatbots into one, giving you the same (or better) results when answering simple questions. A massive time-saver.

SongsLike X – Find Similar Songs

This one won’t help you generate emails or presentations, but if you enjoy listening to music while working, you’ll love it. Simply enter a song, and it automatically creates a Spotify playlist with similar tracks. I find it much more accurate than Spotify’s “song radio” feature.

Whether you’re looking to automate repetitive tasks, organize your projects, or create stunning presentations in just a few clicks — there’s an AI solution for every need.

Explore these options and integrate them into your professional routine to maximize your efficiency.
The future of work is already here, AI is your ally to stay at the cutting edge of productivity!
